Heinz Stark, a renowned facilitator and professional trainer in Systemic Constellation Work in Europe and the USA, will be leading an advanced training and supervision seminar in Bethesda, Maryland in 2009 sponsored by the Hellinger Institute of DC.

This training, which is for Systemic Constellation Work professionals, consists of 4 four-day seminars. Participation in all four seminars is required.

Philosophy and methods of Systemic Constellation Work: When, why and how to adequately apply the two basic approaches, Classic Family Constellations and Movements of the Soul, including the "Movement of the Spirit-Mind". What are the possibilities and limits of both methods and how can we combine them into creative and integrative systemic constellation work that includes a responsible integration of elements of other therapeutic modalities.

Supervision

Participants are invited to bring difficult cases from their professional practice. Supervision can be an effective way to deepen one's own personal process and to enhance one's abilities and capabilities as a facilitator.

Personal deepening work: Heinz places special emphasis on helping facilitators recognize and work through personal blind spots. Blind spots are a facilitator's greatest hurdle and, if transformed, provide a wonderful opportunity for personal growth and facilitating deeper work with clients.

General

The advanced training and supervision seminar will be an opportunity to deepen personally and professionally, to exchange experiences, to ask questions and to learn about the latest developments in the field of Systemic Constellations.
