We are excited to announce our upcoming Family Constellation Advanced Facilitator Training, designed specifically for experienced trainees who have already completed our Foundation Training. This advanced program offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the complex concepts within Family Constellations and further develop your facilitation skills.
Eligibility and Prerequisites
Participation in this advanced training requires prior completion of HIDC’s Foundation Training. This prerequisite ensures that all attendees possess the essential basic knowledge needed to fully engage with the material presented. If you have not trained with us yet, you will first need to complete the Foundation Training before enrolling in the advanced course.

Throughout the training, you will have a unique chance to expand your awareness and build on your previous training, gaining deeper insights into Family Constellations.

Additional supervision sessions will be available in monthly group supervision to further hone your skills.

Trainers
Susan Ulfelder, LMT, BCPP, is the founder/director of the Hellinger Institute of DC, where she facilitates workshops, individual constellations, and a facilitator training program. She completed the first training of the Bert Hellinger Institute, USA, taught by Harald Hohnen and Hunter Beaumont, and co-trained with Harald Hohnen the next year in the DC area and has been training ever since.
Susan has attended numerous international intensive trainings with Bert and Sophie Hellinger through Hellinger Sciencia in Austria, Germany, and Mexico and received a Hellinger Sciencia Diploma in 2008. She has attended advanced training with Bert Hellinger in Louisville, KY, Jakob & Sieglinde Schneider in Munich, Germany; Heinz Stark and Francesca Mason Boring in the Washington, DC area as well as Jane Peterson’s Organizational Constellation Online Training and Trainers Training in Oregon. Susan has attended several international intensives at ZIST in Germany and Santa Barbara, CA.
Susan presented at the 1st International Congress of Family Constellations for the Americas in Oaxaca, Mexico, at every North American Systemic Constellations Conference from 2005 to 2017 (except one), was on a panel at the 2nd US Conference in Asheville, NC and was one of the American trainers at the 2nd & 3rd North American Constellation Intensives in Santa Barbara, CA. and at the Omega Institute in 2014.
Susan has organized multiple workshops for Bert Hellinger, Bert and Sophie Hellinger as well as for Jakob and Seiglinde Schneider, Stephan Hausner, Carola Castillo, Heinz Stark, Jerome Kerner, Elena Veselago, and Harrison Snow. She has attended workshops facilitated by Gunther Weber, Albrecht Mahr, Hunter Beaumont, Bertold Ulsamer, John Payne, Guni Baxa, Daan van Kampenhout, Sneh Victoria Schnabel, Ron Young, and Karl-Heinz Rauscher.
Lynne A. Miller has been the dedicated administrator of the Hellinger Institute of DC since its establishment in 2001. With a passion for the work of Bert Hellinger, Lynne has attended every facilitator training offered by the institute and completed the facilitator training program in 2005. In her commitment to personal growth and learning, Lynne has also attended training sessions with Bert Hellinger in Austria, Taiwan, Cancun, Mexico, and Louisville, KY, as well as all the workshops sponsored by the Hellinger Institute of DC. Notable figures she has trained with include Bert & Sophie Hellinger, Stephan Hausner, Carola Castillo, Jakob & Sieglinde Schneider, Heinz Stark, Jerome Kerner, and Harrison Snow. Lynne’s dedication and expertise have led her to co-train with Susan since 2016, further enhancing her capabilities.
